Saturday, June 21, 2008 - Continuing in the annual tradition, the Rising Stars Gymnastics team had its awards banquet and exhibition on June 21, 2008.  This event, held at the gym, featured the members of the Rising Stars team performing their competitive routines for parents and friends followed by the awards presentation.  Julie Willmott, head coach, presented awards to each team member, preceded by a short speech praising the gymnast for her contribution and effort.   Every team member leaves with a personalized trophy and a smile.

May 3, 2008  - The Rising Stars girls gymnastics team, along with the recreational classes from Rising Stars Gym and the City of Boca Raton participated in the annual gymnastics show at Sugar Sand Park on May 3, 2008.  It was a great day of gymnastics from beginner to team level 9 skills!

Friday, July 13, 2007  - The Rising Stars Gymnastics Team participated in the AAU Age Group National Championships in Tampa, July 5-7. We have 4 National Vault Champions; 4 National Bar Champions; 3 National Beam Champions; 3 National Floor Champions; and 4 National All Around Champions!  Results are posted with the Competitive Team Meet Results.

The Rising Stars Gymnastics Team showed off their new performance routine in front of a huge crowd at the FAU men's and women's basketball games against the University of Arkansas-Little Rock on January 27.  They also performed at the FAU/FIU televised women's game on Saturday, February 10, 2007 at 3:30 PM to an great audience.
