May 2009 - Our 22nd annual spring recital/showcase was held on Saturday, May 9th at the Boca Raton Sugar Sand Park Fieldhouse.  Our recreational students showed off their skills and got goodie bags and trophies at the end.  The Girls Gymnastics Team of Rising Stars Gymnastics was also there and put on an exhibition and sold raffle tickets to raise money for the trip to Savannah, Georgia, for the AAU National Gymnastics Competition.   Thank you to everyone who participated and watched!!!

March 21-22, 2009 - Rising Stars Gymnastics hosted the 3rd Annual Spring Spectacular meet here at the gym on March 21-22, 2009.  This AAU  sanctioned event included gymnasts competing in levels 2 through optional, including three competitors in the ladies division.  Meet results are posted on the Competitive Team section.  Thank you to all of the gyms that participated!

February 2009 - The Girls Gymnastics Team of Rising Stars Gymnastics wowed the crowd at halftime for two FAU men's basketball games -- February 7th and February 21st.  Thank you to everyone who came out to cheer them (and the Owls) on!!!

Thirty-one gymnasts on the Rising Stars Team qualified to compete at the AAU Gymnastics National Competition scheduled for June 30-July 3 at Disney's Wide World of Sports.   Due to scheduling conflicts, seven of the eligible gymnasts were unable to compete; however, the Team had 24 gymnasts competing in Level 2 through Level 8.  Meet results are posted. The Team also has one Level 9 gymnast who has qualified for the AAU Junior Olympics held in Detroit at the end of July.
